There will be an open evening here at the Abbey Business Stadium on Tuesday 22nd May starting at 6.00pm regarding the highly successful Futsal and Education Scholarship.

Cheltenham Town FC Futsal & Education Scholarship.....

opportunity for Students aged 16+

Once again Cheltenham Town FC is looking to recruit 32 new pupils to be part of our Futsal Education Scholarship programme starting in September 2012.  

The students will study a two year BTEC Level 3 Sport Studies Programme at the same time as training and playing Futsal matches representing Cheltenham Town FC.  The teams will play in the South West Midlands Futsal League and will compete against other Football League Clubs.  

The Education, training and games programme take place during the day on a Monday – Friday and therefore players are not affected in terms of their current weekend football commitments.

Our current cohort of students is set to achieve merit and above with their education grades and both teams occupy the top 3 positions in their respective divisions.

To enrol on the course students will need to achieve 4 GCSE’s at grade 'C' or above including Maths and English.
